I purchased at BestBuy and was advised to have it installed but declined. Product was difficult to install compared to more rigid types but I was able to sucessfully apply it accurately. I let the phone sit overnight as advised and shield seemed fine except for the 'sticky' feel which i wasn't accustomed to. I did not use the shield with a case or bumper and didn't think it would be a problem, I was wrong. The back cover was the first to be forced off as I'd take it from my jeans pocket, I guess being pushed up against my wallet was the problem. I re-applied the rear shield but it wouldn't stay on and developed a bad corner that did'nt stick well so I left it off. The front shield did best until a weekend in Vegas when it got partially 'stretched off'. After only having the Zagg shields for 2 weeks I decided to return them to BB but they would not accept them, because in their words they are, "a consumable product and non reurnable".
I am contacting the 'BBB' and will hopefully be able to get my $29.99 refunded.

Wanting to protect the investment of my iphone 4, i took the plunge and invested in a Zagg invisible shield. Not familiar with the product, I did a bit of research. By all accounts this seemed like a worthwhile investment. Obviously, Zagg has made some mistakes in the development of this product for the iphone4. It's terrible!!! The edges peel within a couple of days, eventually, the screen protector gets caught on something (as the edge has peeled) and peels off the phone and ends up in a ball near your phone. What a waste of money!!

I hated this. It was messy to apply, stretched out, and I was never able to get the bubbles out. I do not know why anyone would buy this or like this. Do NOT buy it.

The product is poorly designed, clumsy to install and gives your screen a somewhat rubbery (and annoying) texture. I junked it and replaced it with a Power Support protector, which cost less and was superior in every respect.

I have had nothing but problems with this shield. I carefully followed instructions..made sure phone was very clean, applied it at night, used a hair dryer then a lampt and it still will come off in your pocket...customer service is horrendous. They tell you free replacements which I had to order already, you pay steeply for shipping and handling so not free and then they charged me all over again after a replacement as they accused me of not returning the ripped piece of crappy plastic that came off, I did return it but they claim I did not. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card, plan to take this junk of my phone, throw it in the trash and cut my losses....wish I would have never bought it.
